What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Oversee medium-scale projects or phases of larger projects related to customer onboarding
• Coordinate project team activities, resources, and schedules to ensure timely project completion
• Define system scope and project objectives to meet business needs and effectively manage team roles
• Develop project plans including goals, strategies, staffing, and contingency plans
• Facilitate regular status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Generally requires a BS Degree in a business field or equivalent work experience
• Typically 2-4 years of directly related experience
• Understanding of project management methodologies and their application in business environments
• Experience facilitating meetings and light presentation skills
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in the Real Estate and/or Title and Escrow industry strongly desired
• Familiarity with project management tools to create documents and reports
