Job description

Status: Full-Time, Contingent Upon Award

Location: Arlington, VA / National Capital Region

Start date: 8 August 2026

Security Clearance: Secret or Top Secret (Position Dependent)

Travel: Minimal. Occasional local travel within the National Capital Region and limited CONUS travel may be required to support meetings, training events, or mission requirements.

Background: Vectronais seeking experienced Project Analysts to support senior leaders and staff organizations across the National Guard Bureau, Army National Guard, Air National Guard, and Joint Staff environments. Project Analysts serve as trusted staff-support professionals responsible for managing taskers, coordinating staff actions, tracking suspense requirements, supporting executive correspondence, facilitating meetings, conducting research, and ensuring organizational priorities are executed efficiently and accurately.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage and track staff actions, taskers, correspondence, and suspense requirements through established task management systems.
  • Coordinate staffing packages, executive correspondence, information papers, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Monitor action status and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Support meetings, working groups, governance forums, and leadership engagements through scheduling, coordination, note‑taking, and action tracking.
  • Conduct research, collect information, and prepare decision‑support products for leadership review.
  • Maintain records, document repositories, SharePoint sites, trackers, and organizational databases.
  • Coordinate across multiple offices and organizations to facilitate information sharing and action resolution.
  • Review documents for completeness, formatting, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Develop reports, metrics, and workflow status updates that improve organizational visibility and accountability.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency and enhance mission execution.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to senior leaders and staff principals as required.
Preferred Education / Degree
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Government, Communications, Management, Political Science, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years supporting DoD, Joint Staff, National Guard, Service Headquarters, Federal agencies, or equivalent organizations.
  • Experience supporting staff action management, executive correspondence, task management, workflow coordination, or administrative operations.
  • Familiarity with executive-level staffing processes, suspense management, records management, and organizational coordination.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Teams, and task management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, headquarters staff organizations, or executive-level offices preferred.
  • CAPM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certification preferred.
