Mycon General Contractors, Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Project Administrator to support project teams by managing administrative, contractual, and financial processes throughout the project lifecycle.

This role blends Project Coordinator and Project Accountant functions to ensure accurate contract execution, change management, billing, and financial processing while maintaining compliance with internal controls and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract execution activities, including compliance checks and internal review packages.
• Create and manage commitments in Procore for subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Route work orders (WO) and purchase orders (PO) for internal approval and final execution.
• Finalize executed contracts and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform required exports related to contract execution, including Textura, subcontractor, and compliance exports.
• Prepare and maintain project exhibits and signage requests as required.
• Finalize approved PCCOs and ensure proper system documentation.
• Manage subcontractor Change Order (CCO) packages, including internal review, routing for signature, and final execution.
• Perform mass exports of change orders as required for reporting.
• Process accounts payable transactions, including ACH and manual check payments.
• Prepare and submit check requests as needed.
• Route and resolve rejected or rerouted invoices.
• Process reclassifications to ensure accurate job cost reporting.
• Support monthly and project financial close activities.
• Process lien notices and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
• Support compliance-related documentation and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready project financial and contractual records.
• Attend internal project review and coordination meetings as needed.
• Respond to ad hoc internal and external client requests, including those submitted via Invagate.
• Partner with Project Managers, Accounting, and Operations to support timely and accurate project execution
