Job summary

Mycon General Contractors, Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to provide direct support to the project manager and superintendent on Dallas-area projects.

You will act as a liaison among owners, subcontractors, and MYCON staff to ensure safety, accuracy, and smooth execution. This role involves mentoring engineers, preparing change orders, maintaining schedules, QA/QC processes, RFIs and submittals, and coordinating close-out documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM or 4+ years related experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent throughout the project lifecycle.
• Set up and maintain project schedules and drawing logs in Procore.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, ASIs, CCDs and close-out activities.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain QA/QC processes and project documentation.
