This role blends Project Coordinator and Project Accountant functions to ensure accurate contract execution, change management, billing, and financial processing while maintaining compliance with internal controls and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Coordinate contract execution activities and compliance checks.
• Manage commitments in Procore for subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Route WOs and POs for internal approval and final execution.
• Support pay apps, billing, and monthly close activities.

Responsibilities

• Attend internal project review and coordination meetings as needed.
• Respond to ad hoc internal and external client requests.
• Support timely and accurate project execution with PMs, Accounting, and Operations.
• Maintain audit-ready project financial and contractual records.
