Job summary

Job description

Project Administrator/Biller

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our management team. Your main responsibilities will include handling daily administrative tasks, generating reports, and maintaining communication with both our valued customers and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both our internal and external clients
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Support internal and external reporting functions
  • Keep in touch with vendors
  • Make sure all necessary paperwork for divisions and subcontractors is completed and submitted on time
  • Regularly update our systems and platforms to ensure all communications and service request updates are documented
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed
Job Requirements
  • Preferred: Two (2) years of administrative office experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
  • Strong communication, customer relations, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Great attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
