The position reports to the Director of Project Management and collaborates with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and leadership.

This role supports the day-to-day administration and documentation that keep active projects organized and moving on schedule.
Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the Project Administrator will partner closely with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and leadership. The role includes managing contracts and project documentation, processing submittals and RFIs, coordinating meetings, tracking project information, and supporting budgeting and reporting.
A key part of this position is reading through contracts, advising on markups, and helping implement contract changes. Construction or contracting experience is preferred, and experience with Procore and BuildOps would be a plus.
