As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all administrative tasks related to our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks related to projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing project documents, and maintaining project files.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to team members and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays.
  • Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Prepare and submit project reports as required by clients and management.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide support to project managers and team members as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or a similar role.
