SECCO, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, to support the Project Management team with commercial electrical construction projects. The role demands strong organizational and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our Project Management team in the successful execution of commercial electrical construction projects.

Assist with project setup and documentation at project initiation
Maintain accurate project records, files, and correspondence
Track project milestones, schedules, and administrative requirements
Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration needs
Material Tracking & Procurement Support
Track material procurement and delivery status for projects
Monitor medium to large material packages, including lighting, switchgear, generators, and other major electrical equipment
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and Project Managers regarding material lead times and delivery schedules
Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve material-related issues
Communication & Coordination
Serve as a primary administrative point of contact between Project Managers, field personnel, suppliers, and general contractors
Maintain consistent communication regarding project status, material deliveries, and project requirements
Coordinate documentation requests and project-related correspondence
Assist in resolving administrative and logistical issues that arise throughout project execution
Billing & Financial Administration
Prepare and submit monthly billings to general contractors
Complete pay applications and supporting documentation
Prepare lien waivers and other contract-required billing documents
Coordinate with accounting personnel to ensure accurate project billing and reporting
Obtain Notary Public certification within six (6) months of employment if not currently certified
Project Close-Out
Assist in assembling and submitting project closeout documentation
Coordinate collection of warranties, operation manuals, as-built drawings, and other required project documents
Ensure project files are complete and properly archived upon project completion
General Administrative Support
Maintain organized electronic and physical project files
Assist with document management and record retention
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and project documentation
Occasionally travel locally to pick up project documents, plans, permits, or other project-related materials
Provide additional administrative support to the Project Management team as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, construction management, accounting, or related field preferred
Previous experience in construction administration, project coordination, project support, or office administration preferred
Experience in commercial construction or electrical contracting is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Basic accounting knowledge or experience with billing, invoicing, or pay applications preferred
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on tasks
