  • Support regulatory compliance for housing programs and maintain accurate records for audits and agency reviews.
  • Experience supporting or administering federally funded housing programs.
  • Experience with USDA Rural Development, Section 8, HOME, LIHTC, CDBG, FEMA, or similar housing, recovery, or compliance programs.
  • Familiarity with MINC, EIV, HOME Program systems, COL, or other housing compliance and reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and related compliance.

  • Ensure accurate completion of annual and interim recertifications, rent change notifications, monthly vouchers, operational reports, and regulatory documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable housing program systems and requirements, including USDA Rural Development, Section 8, HOME, LIHTC, EIV, and related programs when applicable.
  • Conduct daily property inspections, coordinate emergency response activities, manage petty cash records, and maintain audit-ready operational files.
