A leading construction company is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant in Seattle. This role requires strong organizational skills, a minimum of 3 years administrative experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will support project operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Summary:
Mortenson is currently seeking project administrative assistant with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with an ability to work independently or with little supervision.

The base pay range for this role is $24.04/hr - $32.45/hr (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
