D&B Engineers and Architects is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead our project-based accounting operations and drive improvements across the organization. The role focuses on strengthening project financial management, resolving issues, and guiding growth-friendly systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive project-accounting experience, hands-on leadership, and a proven ability to manage complex accounting, billing, and system initiatives in a dynamic professional-services

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• Seven years of accounting experience, including three years in project accounting.
• Two years of supervisory or people-management experience.
• BST Global ERP experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial-analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff.
• Oversee month-end close, reporting, project accounting, and accounts receivable.
• Provide analysis of revenue, WIP, cash flow, and financial risks.
• Partner with project managers to improve financial performance.
• Maintain effective accounting procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Manage the BST Global ERP system, reporting, training, and upgrades.
• Resolve complex accounting, billing, contract, and system issues.
• Coordinate audit support and other financial requests.
• Lead accounting, system, and process-improvement projects.
