Qualifications

• Experience with project-based accounting and general business operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects, phases, and service agreements in line with contract terms.
• Generate, review, and issue monthly client invoices with Project Managers.
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist with AR follow up.
• Process subconsultant invoices and track contractual caps.
