Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project records and contracts, including change orders and job cost activities.
• Prepare and analyze variances, support reports for management and auditors.
• Close out projects and project accounts after completion.
• Process weekly payroll entries and assist with month-end close and WIP reconciliation.
