Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting
• 3–5 years of relevant experience

• Proficient with MS Word and Excel
• Ability to maintain accurate records and support financial processes

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project cost records and change orders.
• Create and manage project accounts and cost transfers.
• Investigate variances and prepare management reports.
• Close out projects and reconcile WIP with GL.
• Coordinate with PMs and staff on financial processes.
• Ensure payroll and AP/AR transactions are accurate.
• Prepare for audits and compile documentation.
