Job summary

You will collaborate with project accountants, field personnel and clients to compile detailed invoices, resolve discrepancies and assist with month-end accruals as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business is required.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving, mentoring, communication and time management.
• Extensive technical skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, ReportsNow, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit detailed invoices to clients for reimbursable costs on maintenance and construction projects.
• Communicate effectively with other departments, field personnel and client representatives to resolve invoicing issues.
• Assist with month-end accruals and research, reporting and explanation of billing transactions.
• Support project accounting management as needed and take on special projects.
