The ideal candidate will bring a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, 3+ years in construction accounting, strong Excel, and hands‑on experience with AIA billings and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 3+ years of construction accounting experience required.
• Hands-on experience with AIA progress billings required.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with construction or project-based ERP systems (COINS, Sage, Vista, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process AIA progress billings, T&M billings, and change orders.
• Ensure billings align with contract terms, schedules of values, and approvals.
• Monitor AR aging and support collections and dispute resolution.
• Apply cash receipts and resolve unapplied or short payments.
• Prepare, issue, and track conditional and unconditional lien releases.
• Support month-end close, AR reconciliations, and WIP reporting.

Job Details
