Job summary

RecruitPod Global is seeking an experienced construction accounting professional to oversee financials for multiple commercial projects. The role includes processing subcontractor invoices, vendor payments, and POs, and preparing owner billings and AIA pay applications.

You will track job costs, budgets, retainage, and change orders, support cost forecasting, and assist with monthly financial reporting and period closes to maintain accurate project records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience with job costing, AIA billing, retainage, and change orders.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with construction accounting software.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
