Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Project Accountant in Phoenix, AZ to support the financial management of multiple construction projects. You will work with Project Managers, Project Directors, and the Finance team to keep project accounting accurate from contract award through completion.

You will handle project billing, set up new projects, track costs and profitability, assist with WIP reporting, process change orders, and monitor AR.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project accounting or construction accounting experience.
• Understanding of construction billing, WIP, job costing, and retention.
• Experience with an ERP or accounting system; Acumatica is a plus.
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with both accounting and operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
