About Us: We’re a boutique digital marketing agency helping clients grow through intelligent strategy and efficient media buying. We believe in empowering smart, kind people to do excellent work without fluff or micromanagement. You’ll be joining a team that values autonomy, honesty, and supporting our clients paid media goals. We have a range of clients we work with but specialize in faith-based higher education.

Location: Remote

Hours: Around 10 hours a week to start, with potential for increased hours

Availability Required: Some availability between 11 AM–4 PM EST and for team meetings at 12 PM EST on select weekdays

Who We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a proactive, organized, Project Manager to support our digital advertising team and client relationships. You’ll be the operational glue between media buyers, creatives, and clients, ensuring projects move forward on time, on budget, and with strategic clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

Project, Team & Client Management:

- Drive internal campaign workflows forward with clear communication and direction

- Coordinate deliverables between media buyers, designers, copywriters, and stakeholders

- Ensure assets, tracking, and campaign requirements are delivered accurately and on time

- Anticipate project bottlenecks and resolve proactively

- Client Communication & Account Management

- Lead client meetings to review campaign performance, timelines, and next steps

- Gather client information for campaign builds (offers, creative, landing pages, tracking)

- Ensure follow-through on client requests with prompt updates and clarity

- Translate technical advertising needs into client-friendly communication

Platform Familiarity & Strategic Awareness:

- Understand what it takes to build campaigns in Meta, Google Ads, and ideally programmatic platforms

-Be conversant (or open to learning) with TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube ads

- Support team strategy and QA efforts by understanding media goals, metrics, and ad processes

You Might Be a Good Fit If You

- Have 2+ years of experience project managing in marketing or digital advertising campaigns - Are fluent in project managing multiple platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and collaborating with media teams - Are confident leading internal meetings and not afraid to tell people what needs to get done with empathy and professionalism

- Are resourceful, fast-moving, and detail-oriented

- Are tech-comfortable: Google Workspace, ClickUp or similar PM tools, Slack, ad platforms

- Value clarity, communication, and doing things right the first time

- Familiarity with programmatic platforms (e.g., StackAdapt)

- Prior agency experience managing media buyers and/or creatives

- Strong communication skills for client-facing updates or recaps
