Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

OuterBox is seeking a talented Account Manager, who will ensure the success of our clients' initiatives by serving as their advocate and primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships by providing strategic guidance and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering tailored solutions that align with their business goals, and identifying opportunities for growth through upselling and cross-selling.

The Account Manager collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, leverages data analysis to drive performance improvements, and consistently seeks to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance, offering tailored marketing solutions that align with client goals while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth and expanding service offerings.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for partnership expansion.
  • Develop and drive comprehensive strategies tailored to each client's goals, leveraging a deep understanding of their industry, target audience, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery and exceed expectations.

Project Management:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, from campaign planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Lead Account Manager and internal teams on strategic planning and campaign development, leveraging your understanding of department and client objectives and trends.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and insights to enhance department effectiveness and drive client success.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and key insights to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
  • Drive reporting efforts, providing actionable recommendations and highlighting data-driven insights to improve strategies and results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and drive results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and improvement.

Fast-paced, dynamic office environment and may be required to work outside of regular office hours to resolve issues or complete projects of the department.

Salary Range: $60,000- $80,000.00 per year

This is a remote work opportunity with limited travel obligations, which requires demonstrating a level of dedication and commitment to being self-driven and accountable.

What You Bring To The Role:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience of digital marketing experience including SEO, Paid Media.
  • Experience with analytics and related tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and a solid understanding of organizational best practices.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in a client service role preferred, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to recognize patterns and leverage tech trends to identify and implement efficiencies.
  • Proven track record of developing scalable solutions that drive client success and improve operational processes.
