VTOPE.AJANS ищет менеджера проекта для работы с текущими клиентами по удалёнке. Ваша задача — запуск проектов: формирование команды, brief клиента, постановка задач и контроль сроков.

Нужно уметь выстраивать контакты с клиентами и специалистами, записывать требования, держать руку на пульсе, готовить отчеты, решать конфликты и подбирать replacement. График по проектам, возможность самостоятельного планирования.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы с клиентами как менеджер проекта, помощник или представитель обслуживания.
• Умение организовывать внешних подрядчиков и добиваться результатов.
• Базовые знания SMM, таргетированной рекламы и аналитики соцсетей.
• Опыт работы с системами управления проектами и CRM.
• Способность calmly решать конфликты и договариваться.

Responsibilities

• Запуск проекта: сформировать группу, представить клиента команде, подготовить бриф, организовать доступ, распределить задачи специалистам.
• Провести первое собрание с клиентом и зафиксировать его запрос.
• Сформулировать чёткие технические задания для каждого специалиста.
• Поддерживать связь с клиентом и командой: рабочие дни и субботы, рабочие часы, ответ в течение 2 часов.
• Отслеживать сроки по milestone и проверять материалы перед отправкой клиенту.
• Разрешать расхождения и договариваться с клиентами и специалистами.
• При уходе специалиста подбирать замену.
• Готовить еженедельные и итоговые отчёты по проекту.
• Закрывать проект так, чтобы клиент захотел продолжить сотрудничество.

Good day! I am writing this posting personally as VTOPE.AJANS’s Team Leader. I believe that the result achieved for the client depends on relationships within the team. That is why I want to explain personally whom we are looking for. VTOPE.AJANS is a marketing agency: SMM, mobile photography, targeted advertising, and promoting businesses on social media. We work with small and medium-sized businesses from many different industries. The number of our clients grows every month. That is why we are looking for project managers to work with our existing clients.

Задачи:

• Start the project: create a group, introduce the client to the team, prepare the brief, arrange access, and assign tasks to specialists.
• Hold an initial meeting with the client and clearly record their request.
• Prepare clear technical assignments for each specialist.
• Stay in touch with the client and team: on weekdays and Saturdays, during business hours, respond within two hours.
• Track deadlines against milestones and check materials before sending them to the client.
• Resolve disagreements and negotiate with clients and specialists.
• If a specialist leaves, find and recommend a replacement candidate.
• Provide weekly and final reports for the project.
• Close the project in a way that makes the client want to continue.

Требования:

• You have experience working with clients as a project manager, assistant, or customer representative.
• You can organize external specialists and achieve results.
• You know the basics of SMM, targeted advertising, and social media analytics.
• You have experience working with project management and CRM systems.
• You resolve conflicts calmly and can reach agreement.
• You have a sole proprietorship or self-employment registration, or are ready to register.
• We work under a service agreement.

Условия:

• Approximately 2,700 TL per project for the first three months; twice as much after that.
• Ten to twenty projects per month, or approximately 27,000 to 54,000 TL per month.
• You choose the number of projects.
• Payment is based on results, not hours.
• Ready-to-go projects: marketing brings in inquiries, and the sales team closes sales.
• You are assigned a client who has already paid.
• A ready-made team for each project: an SMM specialist, a mobile photographer, and a targeted advertising specialist.
• Remote work.
• You plan your own time; only project deadlines are mandatory.
• A knowledge base, project road map, message templates, and checklists: it is clear what needs to be done each day of the project.
• Projects in different industries and a strong portfolio in project management.
