Job summary

NinjaPromo in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-client programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive delivery for marketing and design projects.

You will build long-term client relationships, manage multiple accounts (US/Canada preferred), analyze project metrics, and report progress using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Spoken and written English: C1 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop long-term client relationships via email, calls, and meetings.
• Guide and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to remove impediments.
• Track project metrics and manage work through a CRM system.
• Prepare reports and invoices; facilitate planning, standups, and reviews.
• Ensure overall client satisfaction and drive long-term growth.

Задачи:

• Establish and develop strong long-term relationships with clients: communicate using emails, voice and video calls, provide technical expertise and deliver projects that address their needs;
• Understand client business specifics and how it operates, guide other employees who will directly report to you;
• Identify potential issues and problems client business may face to propose solutions to solve them and remove impediments;
• Analyze and track key projects metrics, manage the work using a CRM system;
• Prepare reports and invoices, facilitate events (daily meetings, planning, retrospective), weekly kick-off meetings, decision-making sessions;
• Be responsible for the general client satisfaction, work with all other cross-functional teams on feedback and suggestions to improve the efficiency and build long term growth.
