Job summary

tekhey is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead marketing across several digital businesses, coordinating teams and freelancers, and driving performance. The role requires ownership, clear prioritization, and independence, with comfortable work on projects including adult content.

The position is fully remote with flexible hours and monthly compensation. You will oversee branding across multiple digital projects, align SEO/content plans, and report on progress and next steps to

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing and marketing team management.
• Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media and performance measurement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Practical Canva & AI tools and skills.
• Russian and English language knowledge on B2 level is required.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Ownership, reliability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on projects involving adult content.
• Able to work as an independent contractor, sign a service agreement and issue valid invoices.
