HCA HealthONE Rose is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge RN) for the Progressive Care Unit to collaborate with the director, lead a team of medical professionals, and drive clinical and operational excellence. This role offers pathway to career growth with mentorship and education resources.

You will contribute to strategic planning, staff development, and staffing plans while ensuring compassionate, professional care and accountability across the unit.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Registered Nurse license or valid compact license.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS provider card required within 12 months of hire.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or actively pursuing with completion within 3 years.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical RN experience.
• Two years progressive supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director to provide leadership to our team and participate in fiscal, human resources, and operational functions.
• Participate in department and hospital strategic planning and implement new programs and services.
• Maintain an effective competency and staff development program.
• Handle day-to-day operations including payroll, department expenses, hospital committees, evaluations, and staffing issues.
• Assist in maintaining a departmental staffing plan that meets customer needs and census changes.
• Ensure appropriate skill mix and staffing levels based on volume demands.
• Create a positive environment and lead by example with accountability for staff behavior.
