Job summary

HCA HealthONE is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse in Colorado to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work with medical providers on pre-operative and post-operative nursing care and advocate for patients to ensure an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include admission assessments, procedural tasks, timely charting, medication administration, and staying current on cardiac and med-surg care. 6 months RN hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support required.
• Colorado DORA or Multistate RN license required.
• Associate degree or RN diploma required; 6 months RN hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, report changes.
• Perform procedures as ordered by medical provider.
• Document care in the patient record promptly and thoroughly.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Maintain knowledge of meds, procedures, and equipment for cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
