Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an RN.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred when hired or within 6 months in role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver nursing care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, develop and adjust care plans.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments and ensure safe medication administration.
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives within the unit.
