Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license or multistate license.
• BLS certification required.
• New Graduates eligible for PRN/part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and data collection to plan care.
• Organize patient data into a care plan and identify outcomes.
• Provide nurse-led care matching patient needs and care plan.
• Coordinate activities of ancillary and support staff and document care.
