Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license or multi-state license (NLC/eNLC).
• BLS certification required.
• New graduates eligible for PRN/entry positions in some units.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and data collection.
• Develop and implement plans of care, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and supervise staff where applicable.
• Document care and communicate needs to the Charge Nurse and physician.
• Maintain standards of practice and uphold safety and quality goals.
