Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure
• BLS and/or ACLS required or preferred at hire; ACLS within 6 months
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment and create a plan of care
• Serve as liaison for patient care coordination across hospital departments
• Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures
