Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure.
• ACLS preferred at hire; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• BLS required or as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment and develop care plans.
• Serve as care coordination contact across hospital departments.
• Act as patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement.
• Administer medications in a safe manner per policy.
