You will coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining a compassionate environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Document findings and report changes to the care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
• Ensure infection control protocols are followed and safety is maintained.
