Job summary

MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the night shift. The RN provides patient-centered care following clinical protocols and physician orders, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires 0–2 years of nursing experience or student rotations, RN licensure, and strong clinical skills in assessment, medication administration, and infection control. CPT/CPR knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the United States required.
• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations.
• Strong knowledge of nursing process and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per policy and nursing process.
• Assess patients, document findings, and report changes to the care team.
• Administer medications, monitor for side effects, and document administration.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Collaborate to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
