Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care according to nursing process and organizational policies.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately for the care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for adverse effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency and scope.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans with the care team.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
