Job summary

MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care across the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and care teams to achieve optimal outcomes. You will document care, administer medications, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in-state or compact licensure.
• Strong knowledge of nursing processes and patient care.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and document findings.

• Familiarity with infection control and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Document patient care accurately and communicate changes to care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
