Job summary

MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM is seeking Registered Nurses for full-time night shifts. The RN provides patient-centered care using the nursing process, coordinating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and access to comprehensive benefits. The role requires 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or rotations, RN license, and BCLS certification, with ACLS/PALS

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting required
• RN licensure and BCLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with nursing processes and policies.
• Documents care accurately and reports changes in condition to the care team.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare staff to develop care plans and ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Supports patient education and safety, including infection control practices and post-discharge instructions.
