Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required or equivalent
• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care
• Current RN license and BLS required
• Knowledge of nursing processes and patient safety standards

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Document care and education in the medical record in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in code team activities.
• Support infection control and safety protocols.
