Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within the scope of the RN Practice Act. You will use therapeutic communication, maintain a safe environment and work with an interdisciplinary team to plan individualized care.

In this role you will assess and plan care, administer medications, monitor patients, document findings, and educate patients and families as part of the Multidisciplinary Care Planning team.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse from accredited school of nursing.
• Current Licensure with KY Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• One year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess plans and evaluate the patients care needs and carry out physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, monitor vital signs.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• Instruct and educate patients and families as part of a Multidisciplinary Care Planning team.
