Job summary

36 hours weekly, day shift, union-friendly environment. The position requires RN licensure, BSN preferred, and certifications including BLS/ACLS with ACLS target within six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred, not required).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS or ACLS certification; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment and plan care.
• Develop and implement patient care plans to improve outcomes.
• Act as patient safety advocate and coordinate care across units.
• Administer medications in a safe manner per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
