You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to quality improvements. Required RN licensure; BSN preferred; BLS/ACLS certifications may be required or preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required to practice.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• BLS/ACLS certifications required or preferred per hire.
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment, create a plan of care, implement treatment, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Serve as point of contact for patients' care coordination across hospital departments.
• Act as a patient safety advocate by participating in quality improvement within the department.
• Administer medications safely according to policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
