Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Certified Patient Care Assistant to join the PCU team in Queen Creek, AZ. The role involves routine patient care, data collection, and documentation to support patient plans of care.

Expect 3 12-hour day shifts per week with weekend/holiday rotation and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for licensed CNA or LNA. Preferred candidates will have CNA licensure in-state, BLS, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA in state of practice required for new hires.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care to promote comfort and assist with activities of daily living.
• Document patient data and care in the medical records.
• Support unit operations and patient needs under supervision.
• Assist with basic clinical tasks and data collection as delegated.
