Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Program Support Specialist 2 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit. The role focuses on proposal development, contract administration, reporting, and ensuring compliance with government and commercial requirements.

Qualifications include strong writing skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A background in government contracting and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

• Experience in professional writing, editing, and document production required.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure; managing numerous interruptions.
• Accuracy and attention to detail; ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
• Must be an effective communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Program Management on proposal responses and project reporting.
• Maintain proposal, project and contract documentation and contract repositories.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and manage change orders.
• Prepare monthly financial and other reports; organize meetings and briefs.
