Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years related experience.
• Experience managing a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience delivering budgetary responsibilities.
• Experience working across complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead four or more administrative or professional staff, including training and development.
• Develop and administer budget, evaluate results and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee donor/prospect pipeline development and fundraising activities.
• Ensure ethical compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate events and fundraising activities to meet targets.
