• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in nonprofit fundraising.
• Proven track record securing major gifts and corporate sponsorships.
• Ability to develop and execute fundraising strategies that achieve revenue goals.
• Experience cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual and institutional donors.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual fundraising strategy with measurable financial goals.
• Personally identify, cultivate, solicit, and secure charitable contributions from individuals, corporations, foundations, and philanthropic partners.
• Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, business leaders, and philanthropic supporters.
• Develop and manage corporate sponsorships and philanthropic partnerships.
• Oversee planning for special events and fundraising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors on major donor introductions, cultivation, and solicitation opportunities.
