RTX's Finance Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) organization is seeking a Finance Analyst in McKinney, TX, with experience in financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on managing weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analyses, including EACs and EVMS, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years in finance analysis or related field.
• Experience in finance operations or finance analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analytics tools (PowerBI, Power Query, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly EAC processes, gathering inputs, updating systems, and presenting variance analyses.
• Prepare financial forecasts, LREs, and monitor actual costs; explain variances.
• Ensure adherence to EVM policies for programs (BOM traceability, production labor).
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers, Material Program Managers, Control Account Managers, and Program Finance teams.
