Job summary

Case Western Reserve University seeks a Professional Development Specialist to manage learning management systems and coordinate training for the Center of Innovative Practices and CABH COE. You will support participants, registrations, and certificates across virtual and live sessions.

You will collaborate with directors and coordinators to develop the annual master training schedule and ensure smooth pre-, during-, and post-training experiences for thousands of learners each year.

Qualifications

• High School education or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
• Experience with databases and training infrastructure processes.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary LMS resource; assist with account creation and learner profile adjustments.
• Monitor registrations; promote training reach and assist pre/post-training activities.
• Collate attendance; determine certificate eligibility and issue certificates; maintain records for CE requirements.
• Provide specialized training support for programs with eligibility or post-training requirements; manage certification records.
