Job summary

Food Bank of Central New York is seeking a Programs Coordinator to support the implementation and day-to-day administration of diverse Food Bank programs in our 11-county service area. The role requires coordinating activities, collecting data for evaluation, managing program orders, and coordinating volunteers, with a focus on compliance and community impact.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in program coordination or nonprofit operations.
• Experience in grant documentation and budgets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support programs and initiatives as assigned.
• Collect and track program data and feedback for evaluation.
• Manage program orders and adherence to procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support program operations.
• Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
• Assist with budgets, grant documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and grant requirements.
• Represent the Food Bank at events and outreach activities.
• Assist with volunteer training and coordination.
• Prepare program-related reports and correspondence.
• Maintain organized program records.
