Job summary

Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of New York, is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Feeding Our Neighbors initiatives at St. Cecilia’s & Washington Heights. The role oversees data collection, reporting, and coordination of food programs and events.

The position requires collaboration with site directors, adherence to funding and nutrition standards, and regular communication with partners. Full-time, exempt, in NYC, with some evening/weekend commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least five years’ experience in the food industry and/or customer service.
• Bilingual, Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate across Feeding Our Neighbors food programs.
• Manage statistical reports and data collection for the department.
• Coordinate special events during the year.
• Ensure program compliance with funding, inspections, data collection, safety, and nutrition.
• Maintain monthly reports and a master data system for clients, meals, and food quantities.
• Support outreach and training, attend related events as needed.
