Our programming spans Jewish holidays, educational offerings, social justice initiatives, cultural events, and community celebrations. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Programming and Event Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role is responsible for the planning, logistics, marketing, and volunteer coordination for a wide range of programs and events. You’ll work collaboratively with clergy, staff, lay leaders, committees, and volunteers to bring programs to life that reflect our values of inclusivity, learning, justice, and tradition.
This is a great opportunity to do meaningful work in a mission-driven environment where creativity, initiative, and collaboration are valued. While the position typically operates during weekday hours, flexible scheduling is needed to support occasional evening and weekend events. The coordinator will work as part of a dedicated team, with support from staff, clergy, volunteers, and a graphic designer to help promote and execute events.
