Job summary

Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Programme Manager to coordinate a joint NHS-wide digital and workforce transformation initiative across two organisations. You will work with People and Digital teams and national partners to improve staff experience and operational efficiency.

Applicants should bring a strong programme management approach, experience in digital/workforce change, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Qualifications

• Masters level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Programme or project management qualification such as PRINCE2, MSP, Agile or equivalent.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape delivery of digital and workforce transformation programmes.
• Build credible relationships with colleagues at all levels and translate strategic objectives into deliverable plans.
